There are more than 300+ programmes offered by LPU . In some courses you need to qualify LPUNEST for admission , whereas in others its not required . LPUNEST test plays two roles at one time . Its not only conducted for eligibility  purpose , but also for scholarship . The programmes in which students can get direct admission , they can appear for test only to get scholarship in programme fees .

Hi there, not all programs have entrance mandatory for admission. You can take direct admission in those programs as well. However, if you want to avail LPUNEST scholarship, then for that you will have to take LPUNEST.

LPU offers 200+ programmes at the diploma , undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes with various specializations. For some programmes, an entrance exam (LPUNEST) is compulsory and for some, it is not. For different programmes, the eligibility criteria is different. One more thing, for some programmes LPUNEST will be exempted if a candidate has qualified a National Level Exam (cut off mentioned in the eligibility criteria of that programme). In such cases, an applicant can get direct admission on the basis of performance in National Level Exam as per requirement in the eligibility criteria of that programme.
