LPUNEST will be exempted if JEE Mains Percentile is Equal to or above 80 Percentile. And if not qualified then dear you have to clear lpunest as it is a mandatory exam. It is a scholarship and eligibility exam. Without this admission won't be considered.

Hi there , in order to get admission in LPU on the basis of JEEMAINS then you need to qualify test in following slabs -

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 95

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 90 but less than 95

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 80 but less than 90

If you get 80 percentile or more in JEEMAINS , only then you can apply for admission on the basis of that and will get scholarship also .

As per the eligibility criteria, you have to qualify LPUNEST exam, in order to take admission in any B.tech course at LPU. The LPUNEST 2022 pattern of the exam is Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). LPUNEST Exam Pattern 2022 has a total of 4 subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English. LPUNEST is not much easy as well as not much difficult. If you do hard work and you have a good knowledge of topics which will be asked in LPUNEST, then surely you will qualify the test. LPUNEST is an online test (Fully MCQs) with no negative marking. No negative marking in the test is a positive point for you.

LPU is very lenient when it comes to giving admission. So, even if you just qualify you would get CS in LPU very easily. Based on your performance in JEE Main, LPU gives you scholarship too. For the academic year 2017-2018, the cut off was 80 marks in the JEE mains for lovely professional university. Mostly, the cut off is 80 percentile. However, it is a private university and you can get admission based on your board marks as well.

You need to have a score of more than 100 to get scholarships.

The admission in Lovely Professional University for B.Tech is not done upon the basis of JEE Mains rank or score. The candidate is required to appear for LPU-NEST to be considered eligible for admission into B.Tech course of LPU.
