Currently I am studying 2nd year bsc chemistry . I just want to do msc in top most university. For entrance exam I need your help mam. please guide me to enter into an top most university for msc chemistry. please guide me !!! . My current % is 80

There are lots of good colleges that offer M.Sc in chemistry but among them IITs are the best colleges to do M.Sc and to get into the them you will have to give an exam called IIT JAM.
The Common Eligibility Requirement for General/OBC is 55%, or 5.55 out of 10 aggregate marks in their qualifying degree.

Your percentage  is sufficient enough to get you any college after you clear there entrance exam . For your entrance exam you need to focus  on the subjects that you have done in your year and solve the question of the entrance exam that you have give . All the best
