There is no separate cutoff for cs.Overall cutoff for jee mains is 74 for general and 45 for obc student.Cutoff is set by particular college.Cutoff for IIT kanpur is different and IIT Delhi is different. Techno India cutoff is different and jadavpur university cutoff is different. So,its depends on you that in which college you want to study cs.
