There are two kinds of cutoffs in Jee Main. One is qualifying cutoff which is released by NTA and another one is Admission Cutoff which is different for different colleges. Now qualifying cutoffs of Jee Main depend on various factors like no. Of candidates appeared, difficulty of paper, highest score obtained etc. And these quantities keep changing every year, so there is no fixed cutoff. Also it depends on individual's category. Admission cutoffs vary college wise so there is nothing fixed.
