Hey,

Every seat in college is disturbed between All India Counseling as well as state counseling. Few seats falls under All India category and few seats are reserved for State Counseling. If the seat remains vacant under All India Counseling, it gets revert back to the state counseling.

Yes Maulana Azad Institute of Central University falls under both counseling.

Thanks but I don't think there is any State Quota MBBS seats in Central Universities. Can you pls recheck and confirm on this.
