Hello Khushi
Yes you have to apply for IPU MBBS and BDS counseling separately at site of IPU.
You first have to register and then merit list will be released on the basis of it candidates will be called for admission in respective colleges .

It's single form for Mbbs and Bds for IPU. Need not to fill separately.
