Yes there is some partiality.....but if you are a good/topper student of bit patna then you have high chances of getting placement from bit mesra......altough you need not to worry bit patna is a good college....

Mesra is the main campus, it is currently ranked 31st in india, there is a lot difference between mesra and patna campus.
