It only offers M.Tech course in CSE.

No, IIT ROORKEE does not offer Master of science in Computer science engineering (M.S. in CSE). In post graduate programs for CSE, it only offers M.Tech in CSE for which it takes admissions through GATE exam only (general aptitude test exam).
