Candidates should clear graduation or post-graduation course from a recognized university with minimum 50 per cent marks. Along with this, candidates should also be pursuing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Candidates should clear graduation or post-graduation course from a recognized university  with minimum 45 per cent marks. Along with this, candidates should also complete B.Ed.

since ignou comes under recognized university you may surely apply.
