However, spot round or stray vacancy round may open opportunities in less-demanded AIIMS or institutes like JIPMER or PGI Chandigarh.

Among the two branches:Anesthesia may have slightly more chance due to slightly higher availability where as radiation oncology is limited and often needs higher rank due to competition and fewer seats.
