Hello aspirant ,
To apply for any Delhi colleges through the OBC qouta , it's must that you must be a Delhi OBC.
If you are OBC from any other state then you will be counted in general category and your CRL rank will be counted to analyse your results.
But if you are a Jharkhand OBC but you have done your schooling from Delhi , then it could be considered.
If you have scored good enough , then you can also check your future college based on your jee score from the link given below-
