For M.Tech in Thermal Engineering, which one of these is better? NIT Durgapur or NIT Kurukshetra.

Dear aspirant,
As both the NIT's are good .
But the NIT kurukshetra is best for thermal engineering in terms of faculty and placement records.
Placements are good for mechanical students here.and the placement rate is also increasing every year here.You can go for NIT Kurukshetra .

Thank you so much. The 2nd round cutoff of Kurukshetra was 613 and I have 586. Do you think I have a chance of getting Kurukshetra by 3 or 4th round?
