I assume that in the question ou mean to say that you have forgotten your user id and password. Recovering the user id is easy, just go through your emails and messages, you would have definitely received a confirmation concerning your user id generation from the authorities. For password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' option and simply enter your email id to get your old password or a password reset link.
