Eligibility for BCom(Hons) in BHU is candidate should have
passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Commerce/ Economics/ Maths/ Computer Sc./Finance/Financial Markets Management/Vocational courses (related to Commerce) as one of the subjects with minimum 50% aggregate and must have passed in the concerned subject. Age should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July,2020.

Admission is done through entrance test named UET for a duration  of 150 minutes carrying 450 with 150 multiple-choice questions, 15 questions each from  Accountancy,  Financial Statement Analysis,  Financial Markets,  Economics,Money and Banking,  Basic Mathematics,  Business Organization, Business Management, Business Environment and 6 questions from computer basics , 9 questions from Current Economic Affairs.

B.Com from BHU is a decent choice though there is limited exposure as compared to other central universities like Jamia or Jadavpur University in that matter or even other Universities in other parts of the country.The placements are mediocre On an average 30-60 percent of the batches get placement offers from campus recruitment drives and off campus taken together. The package for B.com (//B.com) varies from 2 lakhs per annum to 4-5 lakhs per annum.
