Hello suresh, you seem quite confused between two decent colleges. Now as per my view both are very decent college and good to thrive in. But as you can only go for one I will suggest you to go for GGSIPU as I have friends in it. And as per all the information I have got about that college. That college is pretty good with a large campus and good placement record. Hope this helps!!
