Analysing the previous year data, being an SC candidate, you should rank within 13000 in WBJEE to get admission into the government colleges in West Bengal. For Jadavpur University, you need to rank within 1500 to get CSE, and within 7000 to get any other course.

The cutoff ranks change every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for the exam.
