You have secured a merit rank in TS PGECET! you have very high chances of getting a seat in Osmania Univeristy, Hyderabad as well as in JNTU, Hyderabad.But you have not mentioned your engineering discipline it is quite difficult to answer without that.It will be if you provide me which specialization you are intrested in so that I may give you relevant details.But NCC 'A' certificate does not have much importance, NCC 'C' certificate is valued.
