According to your query the top 5 colleges of IP university are :

• Maharaja agrasen institute of technology,Delhi

But i think if you are from outiside delhi region then it will be difficult for you to get a decent college as your rank is 50k,but if you are from delhi region then you may have some chances.

I'm sorry but at this much rank it will be very difficult but you can try for HMR,Delhi Technical Campus.

Only  15% reservation is for outside delhi students.

So for CSE branch you can try for those low ranked colleges through IPU.
