IISER admission 2019 will be conducted through three channels- KVPY, SCB and JEE. The IISER  application form for SCB channel is now available till April 28. An aptitude test will be conducted for the candidates opting for SCB channel while the candidates seeking admission through other two channels will be eligible to take direct admission.

1 KYPY

2.SUB

3.JEE 

The forms for SCB  are available. An aptitude test will be conducted for the students opting for SCB method.

So there is no need to qualify JEE Mains.You have to choose SCB method of examination.
