If you have been alloted a seat, its completely your choice to go for an upgradation and participate in the next round or take admission in the alloted college. As of now, if you wish to apply for second round and not lose the seat as well, visit the alloted college and apply for upgraduation. The minimum admission requirements will be completed and then you can apply for the second round.
