Hello Aspirant,Hope you are doing well

Sorry to say but you can't open other registration account.
Actually they will open their website for correcting errors but those were limited.There we can only correct our name ,address and educational details but we can't change the certificate that were uploaded.But no worries there is a way like you can approach the authorities through call and they will definitely help you.
