Yes, you are eligible to apply for TNEA.

They have some seats under 'other state criteria' as part of their constituent colleges. The seats are allocated region wise. So yes you can apply for those seats.
The registration process is supposed to start from 2nd May, and will continue on till 31 May. So make sure you do it at that time.
Also, do check subject guidelines for the same.
