From your profile it seems you're a medical aspirant from West Bengal, I presume your query is for NEET, previous year cut-offs are based on all india rank only, for instance in your domicile state last year the cut-off for GMC was 518 marks with respective all india rank of 39200, but this year there are higher chances of cut-off increasing further taking into consideration the fact that marks vs rank too has gone through drastic shift with an increase of 30-40 marks, but remember that cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
