For most of the programme concerning bachelor, masters, certificate, diploma etc, at IGNOU the next cycle of admission will be for January 2020, last year for January cycle, admission forms came out in the month of November, most probably this time too, this same might happen. Also, apart from above-mentioned courses, IGNOU does conduct entrance test for MBA and BEd, I specified this since you haven't mentioned you were interested in applying for which programme/discipline for that matter.

There is another choice

IGNOU 2020 Application Form for MBA & B.Ed will be released on 31st January2020. The Last Date for Submission of Application Form is 29th February 2020

IGNOU — ignou.ac.in. Candidates can submit the online applications through online admission website as well — onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in.

The notice published on the official website reads: "With the approval of the Competent Authority, it is to inform you that the last date of submission of Online and Offline Admission Forms for all programmes for July, 2019 session has been further extended upto 14th August, 2019."

How to apply for IGNOU admission 2019

Candidates are advised to follow the step guide given below to apply online for IGNOU admission.

i) Open the official website of IGNOU — ignou.ac.in

ii) On the homepage, click on the link which reads ‘Admission’

iii) The first step you need to do is registration. Enter your email ID and password for the registration. (You are advised to keep the credentials safe for future login)

iv) Once you log in, an admission prospectus will be displayed on the screen. Download and read it carefully before proceeding to the next step

v) Enter your academic, personal and other details as required in the online application form

vi) Verify the details entered once again and click on submit to proceed for payment

vii) Make the online fee payment. You can choose between 'Cash' and 'Online Payment'
