As you have not said anything about your category so i would be considering you as a general category student so to get IIT Delhi cse branch you need to be the best of best.
The cut off for the cse branch in the top 3-4 IITs generally stays under 110 so as per the previous years the cut off was 100 in iit Delhi.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
