Dear Student

Generally State quota is for that state in which you have residential certificate. So as you mentioned that You have done your MBBS from Karnataka but your home state is Andhra so you are eligible for Andhra Pradesh not Karnataka. You may confirm this by reading terms and condition for state quota.
