So based on your score and category you can get some lower NITs and IIT dhanbad with specialization CSIS in round 5 or in spot round and you can try your luck in IIIT Allahabad and you can  get IIIT Naya raipur among all these IIIT Allahabad is best for CSE. Yes, you can join Osmania University.

But there are very less admission from GATE.

If you are from CS/IT then joining is worth. OU has very good placement record for CS/IT Branches.and it also depends on the category you belong to.
