Hello Aditya. First of all, I would like to congratulate you for getting a call from FMS BHU. The difference between a general MBA program and MBA IB program lies in the specilization. In MBA general, you would be introduced to all the subjects of various specilizations such as HR, Finance, IB, IT. in the first year of your study. Then you will be given the option to choose one specilization in your 2nd year of study. However, if you directly opt for MBA IB program, then you will be studying International Business Core subjects right from the start. IB could be a good option if you have interest in Import,Export, International Trade Policies. It is totally your decision which field you want to pursue. Every field has its pros and cons.
