There are many online and offline programming courses, you can join to brush up your skills. Since you know that you are weak in the subject you can easily put extra hours and soon you will find it very easy. There are lot of people with this combiantion but they do alright with a little hardwork.

Hello. It is not true as the students in 2nd pu study some basics of electronics in physics. You can manage to score at least 7.5 GPA in every semester if you follow a routine of studying concepts every day. Many among my friends have taken EC and are performing well. All the best.
