hlw.... my upsee general rank is 3000.....i want to take admission in iet lucklow....plz help me.....

With 3000 GEN rank it is impossible to get IET, Lucknow. You can get AKGEC, KIET, JSS college with this rank. All of them are very good colleges with good placement record. 

You have almost no chance of getting IET.
