Hey

You can't. All IISERs are currently offering only dual degree BS-MS and Ph.D. programmes.

You will have to write IIT-JAM for admission in M.Sc. mathematics for IITs, IISc and NITs colleges.

According to there official site they do not offer MSC in mathematics but they offer BS-MS dual degree of 5 years in Mathematics ,
