Hey,
There is no sercrets to increase your self-confidence. It is something that you cultivate within yourself. I know,it gets really tough to bear with the criticisms of family members when you fail at achieving something. But remember a thing,it's your life and ultimately it is you who will have to survive with yourself. If you won't appreciate and respect yourself, nobody else will. You shouldn't have dropped a year if you are not mentally strong. But be that as it may,you have a year left with you. Work hard and follow a proper schedule. Listen to good music, try to extract positivity out of everything. Learn to value emotions and moments and eventually you will find yourself out of this depression.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hi ayesha,

Just think this you have only one year to make your career as you want to have and to prove to others that you can do this.

Keep this in your mind that your career is important for you and for your family.

Just stay away from social media for one year as much as possible.

And prepare well for aiims and neet exam.

All the best.

Hello Ayesha.

I would like to inform you that neither me nor anyone else can help you boost your self confidence. It is you who can achieve this. You need to believe in yourself because some people have managed to do things which were considered to be impossible and certainly NEET is not anything which is impossible. What you should do is take a couple of days break , read some inspiring books, instead of course books and then resume youe studies.

Hello dear student,

Dropping means nothing when you achieve your goal which is a government medical seat . The task doesn't ends here you got to work hard after getting a government medical MBBS seat . You got to study hard to achieve your aim . Being a doctor is a huge responsibility .It's okay to chase your dreams and giving yourself another chance .just keep on doing smart work you will achieve what you desire for.
