Hello,


IIT roorkee is a brand.Integrated M Sc from IITR will make you eligible to sit for most of the companies which recruit people from Computer Science Branch so its a very good option.IIT roorkee is a far better option for mathematics but for CSE at IIT Dhanbad is the best option as palcement there is fabulous.
