Hello,
According to NTA guidelines you can apply to the seat of a particular state if you are a domicile of the state, that is, you have studied for 6 years in that state or if you have done MBBS in that state.
As you have mentioned that you did MBBS in Karnataka you are eligible for Karnataka state quota seats in NEET PG.
