Firstly you should cross cutoff in jEE mains exam then only you are eligible for jEE advance exam.if you cross the cutoff of jEE advance then you are eligible for IIT Colleges.

To get in to top IITs like IIT Bombay the cut-off for computer science engineering is 1 opening rank and closing rank is 60 as per previous years trends. For other IIT Colleges you need to get below 5000 rank to get especially CSE branch.
