After completing diploma in fashion designing, its not guaranteed that you will get a job straightaway.If you get into any good college and your college provides placement then its well and good but if you will pursue the course from any less renowned college then you will have to look for internship and if you will perform well there then they might offer you PPO or you can apply for various other companies.
