If you are from Delhi region candidates . Then you OBC Rank Cut-off Should be this:
Branch name OBC - Rank (for Delhi region candidates)
If you are from outside Delhi region candidates . Then you AIR Rank Cut-off Should be this:
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Branch name Common Rank List (CRL)

see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. there is separate ranking and allotment for home state and out side delhi category students.
