National Institute of Technology, Surathkal and Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad both are decent NITs.

To get Chemical Engineering branch in above NITs under general category and other state quota, your rank should be under 15000 and marks should be more than 170 in JEE Main.
