As you didn't mentioned the type of exam it is not possible to say about the rank but as you said your category. The minimum of 40% percentile is required for an st student to the seat.

For example if you have wrote TS EAMCET then the maximum cutoff would be 67 to 60 according to 2019.

As you know the rank and marks vary every year depending on various factors i.e., no. Of students appeared for exam and also no. Of seats available etc., Hence the minimum is 40 % for st candidate.
