How much score in jee mains 2019 is safe for general category to get admission in electronics and communication engineering in nit silchar?

The cutoffs vary every year depending upon various factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty of paper set, etc. 

To get admission in NIT (National Institute of Technology) through general category score as high as possible. (220-240+ on 360).

Thanks for your answer. But would you tell me the cut off marks for particularly NIT SILCHAR. It is in my home state and a new nit. So I thought it's cut off would be low than other nits.
