Hello,

If we follow the trends of the previous years, we can see that to achieve an AIR of 100 or within 100, one must score at least 680 or above in NEET 2021.

However, since the rank depends on the number and quality of candidates and question paper on that particular year, it is always advisable to set a target of around 690 - 700, if you want to get a really good rank in NEET. But, to obtain such a huge score is never easy, so, you will have to work really hard and study very sincerely to achieve this target.

Hi

This is very difficult to predict as rank vs marks  as it keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like :-
*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination etc.

But yes,
When we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then, to get 100 all India rank you should target at least around 700- 705 marks

For example,
In neet 2020 , rank 107 was obtained by a student with 700 marks.

You can check the same by downloading the AP Neet 2020 student list which mentions student marks and the student's all India rank in NEET. The link for the same is provided below
