Salary always depends upon lots of factor's like employer, skills ,experience and many more but if you are already having any experience then you will get more salary rather then fresher but as per your query you had mentioned the college name Indian Institute of Technology and Management but you tagged IIT .But if you are fresher then minimum salary will 2.5-3.2 as a fresher but it will vary as per your skills .
