In any counselling process, you need to give a list of colleges which you want and you are alloted a college according to your marks. So basically if you want a govt college, you need to make a list of all govt colleges and put them according to your preference in the list first. To choose the option you need to click on ' CONFIRM' to add that college in your list. Further, on the basis of choices filled and entrance exam merit, seats will be allotted to in round 1. For those who will get seats, they will have to make the online payment of provisional admission fee and visit the institute allotted for document verification and subsequent admission process. Those who will not get seats in round 1 of  WBJEE 
, they may be allotted seats in round 2. However, those who have got seats in round 1 can opt for up gradation in round 2, if not satisfied with the allotted seat. Similarly, round 3 will also be conducted.
