State or Centre Board (SCB)
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY)
JEE Advanced 2017

It takes the admission through IIT JEE, KVPY, SCB. So to get admission in IISER you need to appear for the exam.

The Eligibility to apply through JEE Advance:

IISER Eligibility Criteria based on JEE Advanced Stream 2017

• Aspiring candidates need to score minimum aggregate marks of 60% in class XII or equivalent exam.

• For candidates belonging to reserved category (OBCNC, SC, ST, PD), their category rank would be used.
