Internal sliding is done before spot counseling. College releases a notice for internal sliding students. Apply in that. Remaining seats go for admission in spot counseling. The internal sliding would done in the month of August after the UPSEE counseling end and seat are vacant in some branch then the internal sliding will be commenced. Hope this will be helpful..
