Hello!!!
Admission in DTU is pretty simple. All u need to clear 12th with more than 75% marks or different for different boards and most important part is your JEE mains with good marks . After that the counseling part through JAC counseling. JAC counseling is specifically for DTU,nsit, igdtuw and IIIT Delhi. And counseling part is also simple.

Now comes to the second part . Yup dtu also provide some scholarships like minority scholarship if you belong to any of the reserve category then you are eligible to these scholarship . Even for general category with low income family can get some sort of scholarship in the form of fee concession.
