Hello Khadija,
Yes, Sure you can join M.Sc. in Indian Institute of Science, Banglore Through IIT JAM examination. This examination for admission Masters Programme in IITs, IISc, NITs every years in February Month. You must start preparing for it from B.Sc. 1st year. If you succeed to get Rank below AIR 10 (UR) then you can get admission here.
