Don't worry about weightage of work exexperience, in every IIM's batch there are 30-40% freshers. Try to score exceptionally well and it can negate you being a fresher.

Yes definitely you can get into all IIMs except IIM B which prefer work experience students a lot. Even in IIM B you have a chance of getting a call letter of your academic records are excellent.

Focus on getting a very good percentile, at least over 98+ percentile in order to secure your seat in an IIM and don't worry about any work experience, non engineer or gender weightage.
