OBC has two categories Creamy and Non Creamy.

OBC non Creamy Layer :
If a person's total family income is less than 8 lakhs per annum he will get a certificate of OBC non-creamy layer.

OBC creamy layer :
If the total family income is more than 8 lakhs person is categorized as OBC creamy layer.

You belong to non-creamy layer.
